Throughout my whole life, I have always sought answers. From global issues to a friends’ daily struggles, my restless mind has worried, questioned, and wondered. And I can’t really stop it. Because I care.
I have always been the type of person, friends and colleagues confided in, asking for words of encouragement and support, in particular areas linking to their confidence or self-esteem and in return with me empowering them and challenging their doubts in a constructive way, I feel I have naturally evolved into becoming a confidence coach.
